Can I rent a car if I do not have a credit card?

Our rental customers must have a digital credit card with Visa, MasterCard, American Express emblem issued by their own domestic or foreign banks.
Individuals who do not have a credit card or who have insufficient credit card limits may block transactions in the direction of another individual with a credit card. How can I cancel my reservation?

What are the cancellation policies?

Reservation changes are made according to vehicle and program suitability. Changes to the reservation can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the rental, taking into account the price difference of the vehicle. In case of cancellation of reservation, if we inform you of the vehicles leased through the website until 48 hours before the cancellation of the vehicle, the total amount paid for the rental is declared to the credit card which is paid according to the request within 7 working days or via mail to info@erenrentacars.com will be returned to the bank account.

What do the fuel conditions mean?

When the vehicles are delivered with full tank fuel, the same amount of fuel is delivered. What is the excess?
